Tourism is a growing activity worldwide and is well-planned and structured, enables awaited socio-economic growth and sustainable development in a locality.

The concern with the balance of the environment and local sustainability is one of our greatest responsibilities.

We develop some actions to ensure that the natural and cultural resources can be enjoyed by future generations. They are:

– Separation and recycling of solid and liquid wastes consumed;
– Organic garden for their own use in our restaurant;
– Reuse of material in the execution of parts in our studio arts;
– Hiring and qualification of employees of the surroundings;
– Replanting and protection of native trees to reforest degraded areas
by ancient fires;
– Survey of constant local avifauna;
