White-vented Violet-ear
The diagnostic field mark of this specie is the violet patch on the side of the head which is more or less apparent, depending on the angle of the light. It often sings from a perch on the top of a blush.
The White-vented Violet-ear (Colibri serrirostris) is a specie of hummingbird in the Trochilidae family.
